We are very grateful that Tomas Rey of Rey Royal Excursions has negotiated special rates at two fantastic hotels in central New Orleans for our wedding guests. You can see the locations here. We plan to stay at the InterContinental.

These prices are for standard rooms. If you wish to upgrade to a "Club Level" Standard Room that includes a continental breakfast and afternoon drinks, the rate is $229/night plus tax* for Friday and Saturday and $185/night plus tax* to extend your stay. If you wish to upgrade to a Suite (with Club Level access), the rate is $369/night plus tax* for Friday and Saturday and $325/night plus tax* to extend your stay.

Bienville House Hotel (French Quarter) - ★★★ (includes Continental Breakfast)

For both hotels, you must identify yourself as part of the group: Mitchell / Pooley Wedding to receive the group rate. Note that these group rates are based upon availability, so please book early!

Special Note: All reservations must be received by 01/24/2011. After this date, the special negotiated rate will no longer be available. You will be requested to give a major credit card to guarantee the room, however, your card will not be charged until 72 hours prior to arrival. You may cancel 4 days prior to arrival with no penalty. For cancellations less than four days prior to arrival, one night's room and taxes forfeiture (penalty) will result.

* Hotel Taxes are currently 13% and City Occupancy Fees $1-2 per night and are subject to change.
